First of all, you must answer your own question about your wish that do you want to go historical, cultural, romantic or simply want to know more about England fantastic city like Oxford by exploring the streets and connecting with the locals? Do you want an architectural vacation, or wild-life tours? Of course, you can find all of those questions answer in England but you may need more time and more budget to visit all of the interesting place in this island.
Secondly, you must choose a theme for your trip because
there are many interesting things to do and many attractive activities available for you in England that you cannot fit everything in just one trip, therefore, you should scope your choices for only one or two cities where you want to visit in order to save your budget. If you visit England for the first time, i recommend that you must scope you destination for London and Cambridge which, in my opinion, are two of the most attractive cities in England.
Then, you must know your options because in general there are many England all-inclusive vacation packages which is suitable for your chosen theme of England trip. If your budget is limited, there are many affordable price all-inclusive England trips available for you. Moreover, students can get a good discount for trips as well for example students may choose to stay in the youth hostel where they can get special discount rate if they're member to the youth hostel.
One last thing that i would like to tell you is England is the country that you can rely on its good transportation systems as you may literally use any types of transportation from train, car rentals and bus. Also, you may like to discover city in the outskirt area of England by riding a bicycle as it is a good way to explore the new interesting place by yourself in the rural area other then big city like London or Manchester.
